My puppy peed everywhere?

I just bought this puppy from a breeder for about 3,400 with shipping included and I left it home and the stupid thing peed everywhere. She is a French bulldog and I plan to Breed her but this dog is just a disguising little animals. I don't know what to do. My brother told me to just leave it outside so she's outside for the time being but none of my dogs like her either my German Shepard tried to bite her a couple of times but I am keeping this dog I can make a lot of money off her pups. How can I fix this peeing problem and I will not wake up in the middle of the night to take it out so if this is the case the dog will be an outside dog

Perfectly normal, puppies/dogs don't come trained that's your responsibility. Shouldn't have gotten any dog not knowing how to care for one properly, re-home it with someone who does and Really Cares. 

Shepherd. Dogs aren't Lawn Ornaments* to be left outside unsupervised. 

There is very little if any money to be made, even by reputable breeder, which obviously you're not. You'd be lucky to break even two out of three breedings.
